ePortfolio process reflection

Some advice for the next ePortfolio group:

Less snow days! We fell behind rather quickly.

Sessions should start with everyone saying one thing. Some people spoke a lot and other managed to get through sessions without speaking at all.

I liked the first session because we had one-on-one conversations about our experiences at school. Speaking to a group can be intimidating and waiting to speak up can be time consuming. Smaller conversations gives a quicker segway to information.

I liked when we switched group the other professor gave us more specific questions to work with. Sometimes it's hard to figure out where to start.

Is it possible you can do a more informal session over lunch? After a term of working with the other students, I'm still not sure if I know them on a personal level. From my experience, it's much easier to communicate with people if you feel like you can be informal with them.

If you want direct experience with a student, you may need to shadow them for a day, if they're willing to obligue.
