This is a paper that I wrote for my Strategic Management Class. I was given a Case Study on Levendary Cafe and told to analyze and answer questions. I used Porter's FIve Force Model to evaluate the economics 

of the Cafe, identify and speak about what a Multi-unit Restaurant Business is, and the problems facing the business in the China market. I understood the concept of the management team of the Cafe through the case study along with gathering my own research. I reviewed and stated the issues that called for improvement with management and the market.
